Deep Core Pregnancy Program - Dive deep into understanding how to move through the pregnancy season! 3 phases of exercise all demo'd during pregnancy. How to progress or regress movements, breathing mechanics, pelvic floor connection, supplementation, when to omit movements, and MORE. Where exercise and education collide for mamas! 

Progressive Overload - Strength training program with movement communication! 5 workouts per week with focus on strength and power. Intentional warmups included. Can be done in a gym or modified at home. Program recommended for 8-12 weeks for optimal progress.

Toned As A Motha - Progressive overload with a twist! With focus on joint and tissue health all while gaining strength! 5 workouts per week. Intentional warm ups and cool downs included. Can be done at home or in a gym. Program recommended for 8-12 weeks for optimal progress.
 
6 Week Strength Hybrid - 5 workouts per week, every workout is different. Complex movements intertwined with conditioning that are all demo’d from home. Mobility and warm ups included! 

Advanced Core Program - 3 advanced core workouts per week for 8 weeks. These workouts range from 30-45 min. Core focused moves that consider the body as a whole unit! Forget the boring sit ups!

Extremely intentional movements to get you engaged where you need along with tons of release/somatic work to lose the tension where we don’t need it!

Positional Breathing - Learn how to properly 360 breathe! And the best position for YOUR body to spend time in, to help breathe itself into a better place…literally. It can make ALL the difference in the world!

I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, athleticism coach, trained doula, and have over 8 years of group/personal training experience. I am mama of a 5 and 3 year old and expecting another baby this summer! I know firsthand how beautiful but challenging these seasons of motherhood can be.
